Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the time that you finalize your order.  Additional services, such as personalization, may extend the typical turnaround.  Once the order is finalized, any changes, such as adding or reducing the number of units in the order, will reset the 10 business day countdown, pushing your receipt date further out. 

Rush fees apply to orders needed sooner than our standard 10 business days.  

If you have a specific deadline or “in-hand date” that you need to have met, please notify us when placing your order.

A deposit of 50% is due upon approval of the order.  No payment is required until you approve your estimate and digital mockup.  All products remain the property of Island Silkscreen until payment is made in full.

All credit card transactions conducted through Island Silkscreen are transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is encrypted.

We do our very best to deliver the ordered quantity for each size on your order. However, printing mistakes happen, screens break on press, shirts arrive with holes or stains from the manufacturer, etc.  For that reason, we have an “Over/Under” run allowance. This is simply an acceptable margin of error.

All orders within the over/under run allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend you pad your order with at least 1 extra garment for each size.  Island Silkscreen will not be responsible for profit loss on under runs. If requested, in the event of an under run greater than the allowance, we will reprint the remaining quantity.

·  Dark Garments: 3%

·  Sweat Material: 2%

Island Silkscreen reserves the right to adjust its pricing.  Prices listed are subject to change without prior notification. Orders will be charged at prices in effect on the order day.

Events outside Island Silkscreen’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This means that Island Silkscreen is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Island Silkscreen may include photographic or video content showing some or all the products created within the Island Silkscreen facility in our marketing materials. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would not like photographs or videos of your products to be included in our marketing materials. 

Island Silkscreen reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings, without prior notice.  In the event a product is sold out, Island Silkscreen has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Island Silkscreen shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase only in the case of receiving an unapproved or inferior product.  Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging, including all tags. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please return all goods to the following address:
