Industrial Strength
Heat Transfer
Just need one or two shirts? We take your artwork (or create artwork for you) and custom make an industrial strength heat transfer and press it onto your garment. There is no color limitation or minimum for this process. They are rated for up to 50+ washes when washed correctly (wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry).
Athletic-Grade
Custom Vinyl
We use vinyl to add names, numbers, and more to your garments. This method is commonly used on personalized sports jerseys. Designs are custom cut from specialized vinyl and then heat-applied onto your garment. We have many colors to choose from, including metallics and sparkle!
Full-Color
CMYK Printing
Have a photograph or a design with complex shading? Our CMYK process mixes Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks on the press to bring your full-color artwork to life on light-colored apparel. (48 piece minimum).
Smooth-Gradient
Halftone Printing
Create the illusion of gradients and depth. By using tiny, precision dots, we can add complex shading to your design while keeping the print soft and cost-effective.

Color Printing
Spot color printing refers to printing solid colors next to or on top of one another. This is the most common type of printing, which we normally do for company logos, sports teams, marathons, etc. Here are some examples of a spot color print:
Color-Boosting
Underbase
An underbase is a layer of ink (normally white) which is printed underneath your graphic to prevent the dye of your garment from soaking through your print. This is normally needed for dark garments when using light colored inks to get the brightest print. We do sometimes use lack of underbase to our advantage in order to create a vintage look or different shades of a color. Here are some examples of garments with and without an underbase:
